Shawn Barber – Building Authenticity Through Tea

Berlin cafe Companion is well known for its coffee and tea alike and is the professional home of Shawn Barber. Shawn is excited about tea and he wants to make coffee people excited about tea through his talk and tasting at Barista Camp 2016!

Building Authenticity through tea and making tea that ‘doesn’t suck’ are key points to Shawn’s message while we listen to his story of sourcing and exporting tea. During this talk we can see similarities between the two industries and we're left asking ourselves 'why wouldn’t we dedicate the same attention to detail to tea?'
